Our sprayers are made of food-safe plastic PP and PE with a stainless steel spring. We specifically avoid using POM or Rubber, which can release harmful compounds, ensuring a safer pharmaceutical-grade product.
2. How do you ensure the workshop standards?
Our facilities include a purification workshop at the 10,000 level standard, which is significantly higher than the general 100,000 level standard commonly used in the industry.
3. What metered dosages are available?
The delivery amount per spray varies from 0.05ml to 0.14ml depending on the model. For pharmaceutical usage, the dosage error is generally maintained within ±10%.
4. What are the different ways to fit the sprayer to a bottle?
We offer three main fitting types: Screw on (refillable or tamper-evident), Snap on (non-reopened), and Crimp on (aluminum closure for permanent sealing).
5. Is sterilization available for the products?
Gamma ray sterilization is available via professional certified partners. However, we recommend sterilization be performed at the customer's facility to ensure maximum safety after transportation.
6. What is the unique non-ball structure?
Our unique pump design uses a contacting valve without metallic or glass balls. This structure improves atomization and is suitable for both water-like liquids and thicker oils.
