Q1: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually our MOQ is 1000 pcs. However, we accept lower quantities for your initial trial orders to test the market.
Q2: Do you accept custom designs and branding?
Yes, we welcome custom designs. We offer multiple printing technologies including silk screen printing, laser etching, 3D printing, and Heat Transfer to meet your requirements.
Q3: How can I get a sample for quality checking?
Samples are highly welcomed. We usually provide existing samples for free, while custom designs may incur a small charge which is refundable upon reaching a certain order quantity.
Q4: What is the lead time for samples and production?
Existing samples take 3-7 days. Custom designs take 10-12 days. Bulk production typically takes around 30 days for the MOQ.
Q5: What file formats do you need for custom artwork?
We have in-house designers. You can provide files in AI, PDF, CDR, or high-resolution JPG formats. We match colors using the Pantone Matching System.
Q6: What are your accepted payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are T/T or LC at sight.
