This recycling machine is widely used to wash and recycle waste HDPE plastic rigid materials, such as plastic milk bottles, shampoo bottles, medicine bottles, PE drinking bottles, plastic basins, and plastic buckets. It effectively crushes, washes, and dries dirty rigid plastic into clean plastic flakes.
Once cleaned, these flakes can be processed into pellets/granules using a plastic pelletizing machine or used directly to produce plastic pipes, sheets, boards, and canisters. This production line features high automatic operation, low consumption, and is designed to save labor, power, and water while remaining easy to maintain.
